My @CoxComm internet connection has died twice in as many weeks, and the only thing that works is restarting the modem. Asked customer service how to prevent this from happening again, and their response is upgrade to a higher plan! Shameful.

@DaddyOh 👋 Slow breath in, hum on the exhale for as long as I can go (10-15 sec), wait a few seconds and repeat. I try to do it whenever I’m alone. Maybe 5 hums at a time
