@Ruth_Williams2 Oh my gosh, Ruth, reading this, it sounds not too different to ED experiences with my dad. Sadly, some reflective of the intense pressure that our NHS is under, but some fixable with some thought & common sense. Encouraging that despite pressure, there is also some good practice
