@jtashea I use @Calendly all the time, with the preface, "For ease of scheduling..." If I had the kind of free time that this guy clearly has, I'd still use it, so I could spend that time doing something more meaningful than scheduling mtgs via email back-and-forth. 😬

Our neighbor had a fire in Sept that shattered our windows (outside panes only, thankfully)... @PSInsurance: Takes 3 mos to finally satisfy our claim, won't let us replace in the meantime. Also @PSInsurance: "We cannot renew your policy bc your windows are broken." WHAT?!

I will never understand how a #legaltech provider comes to a customer and says, "yes, we know usage is very low and we haven't reached out about it, but it's renewal time and we will only renew on an Enterprise basis." 🤔 Big win battle, lose war energy.

I'm just a mom, staring longingly at my iced tea, sitting in the stroller caddy outside the door, while my toddler, who now wants to walk instead, sits in my lap, insisting she can put her shoes on herself...

@lizzieohreally On the one hand, we think, "she doesn't know what she's missing." On the other hand, we see her in the moments when we're able to (safely) squeeze in an out-in-the-world experience and watching her LIGHT UP in those moments breaks our hearts.

My NY Resolution is less of a resolution, more of a mantra... When I have a chance to do a thing or procrastinate, I think, "Will I want to do this any more 'later' than I do right now?" The answer is, obv, always "no." And, shockingly, that's been enough to make me do it 😱🤞🏻
