Such a beautiful thing just happened, one of my Chinese students, who is leaving for home on Monday, came to me laden with gifts…saying this has been the best year of his life…and I am the best teacher he has ever had. I feel quite emotional

@hashtagMullins @J_J_1234_ @SpiritKitten @pamdeschanel Yes tenants have a recipe for really icky mould that they make, lots and lots of, which they spread all over the house and the fridge & often it’s told that they roll in it at full moon. Also they make the garden overgrow ALL over the place with a spell 🪄terrible people.

@J_J_1234_ @SpiritKitten @pamdeschanel Unfortunately not all tenants are good ones. Some make the bathroom mouldy, the fridge mouldy and let the gardens get overgrown. Which of course takes ££££ to fix.

@drrachelhewitt Helps to be in the present moment. I worry about achieving those - what about when present moment finishes? A cascade of pain that was ‘put on hold’? Is grief put on hold/blocked when not felt or does the grief process tick along ‘behind the scenes’?

@drrachelhewitt The running perhaps builds a safe foundation to allow for the grief space to exist, to be ‘softer’ if that is a thing. That makes a lot of sense, inspiring.

@AlmaBorealis That’s such an interesting question. I think running helps with the *symptoms* of grief, rather than the grief itself. For me, grief has made me feel so so ill - as if I’m haemorrhaging constantly. Weak and in pain. Running helps me to feel stronger, and it’s good for my mind to
