Delhi: On the Supreme Court issuing notices in the Dhar Bhojshala case and allowing Friday prayers in a separate open area while keeping the High Court order intact, Vishwa Hindu Parishad National President Alok Kumar says, "This was only an initial hearing. Senior lawyers appeared on behalf of different Muslim parties. They strongly argued that Muslims have been offering prayers there for many years..."

गुजरात में वीएचपी की बड़ी घोषणा। वीएचपी ने गुजरात के डांग ज़िले में एक बड़े 'घर वापसी' अभियान की घोषणा की है। सभी 301 गांवों में हनुमान मंदिर बनाए जाएंगे। वीएचपी का कहना है कि 175 गांवों में पहले से ही सोलर-पावर्ड हनुमान मंदिर हैं। वीएचपी धर्म-परिवर्तन विरोधी सख़्त कानूनों के लिए भी ज़ोर देगी।

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री आलोक कुमार (@AlokKumarLIVE ) जी आजकल दक्षिण गुजरात प्रांत की पंच दिवसीय संत दर्शन यात्रा पर हैं। प्रवास के दौरान आज उन्होंने सूरत में एक पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए बताया कि प्रत्येक माह उनका किसी ना किसी प्रांत में पाँच दिन संत दर्शन प्रवास रहता है । इस बार अभी तक वे गुजरात के अनुसूचित जन जाति बाहुल्य वलसाड और डांग गए और उन्हें वहाँ के पूज्य संतों के दर्शन का सौभाग्य मिला। उन्होंने कहा कि वे उनके आश्रमों में रुके और देखा कि पूज्य संतों के सानिध्य में जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में सेवा के कार्य बड़ी ही श्रद्धा पूर्वक हो रहे हैं। 'मुझे उनके महान् कार्यों का व्याप और विस्तार देख कर बहुत संतोष हुआ।'

आज दक्षिण गुजरात प्रवास के दौरान अंकलेश्वर स्थित पवित्र श्री रामकुंड धाम में पूज्य महामंडलेश्वर गंगा दास जी महाराज के दर्शन का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। यह धाम एक प्राचीन पौराणिक तीर्थ है। मान्यता है कि यहीं श्री राम ने माता सीता की प्यास बुझाने के लिए धरती पर तीर मारकर नर्मदा मैया को प्रकट किया था। परिसर में प्राचीन राम मंदिर, पवित्र कुंड और गौशाला स्थित है। नर्मदा परिक्रमा करने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए यह एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है। महाराज जी पूर्व में बजरंग दल के संयोजक रहे हैं और पूर्णतः स्वयंसेवी भाव से सेवा करते हैं। उनका कहना है: "धन का संग्रह नहीं, जो आता है वह सेवा में खर्च होना चाहिए।" उन्होंने सुंदर बात कही - हमारा जीवन भगवान पर निर्भर है। हमें भी अपनी भाषा में "रामजी की कृपा से", "उनकी इच्छा से" जैसे शब्दों का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। यह संस्कार भी है और सकारात्मकता भी। @VHPDigital @BajrangDalOrg @eHinduVishwa @epanchjanya @eOrganiser @ivskdelhi

अपने दक्षिण गुजरात के संत दर्शन प्रवास के दौरान मैं आज डांग जिला के सापुतारा में पूज्य श्री पीपी स्वामी के आश्रम में गया। • कुल 5 स्कूल जिनमें 7000 से अधिक बच्चे निशुल्क पढ़ते हैं। कुछ को तो छुट्टियों में घर जाने का किराया तक देना पड़ता है। यहां के अनेक विद्यार्थी उच्च शिक्षा के लिए IIT और मेडिकल में प्रवेश पा चुके है। • जिले के 311 ग्रामों में से 200+ ग्रामों में हनुमान मंदिर बनाए हैं। जिले के शेष एवं अन्य ग्रामों में 1100 और बनाएंगे। • 25000 महिलाओं को सूती और धोने लायक सेनेट्री पैड दे रहे हैं, जो लगभग 5 वर्ष के लिए पर्याप्त होते हैं। • जिले में हर वर्ष लगभग 8000 बालकों का जन्म होता है। सब के लिए सुरक्षित बेबी किट देते हैं। • सन 1999 से जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों के तीमारदारों को निःशुल्क भोजन देते हैं। • सब मिलाकर इन सब सेवाओं के कारण जिले में धर्मांतरण कम हुआ है और हिंदू समाज में आत्मविश्वास और भक्तिभाव बढ़ रहा है। @VHPDigital @BajrangDalOrg @eHinduVishwa @epanchjanya @eOrganiser

#WATCH | दिल्ली: VHP के अंतरराष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आलोक कुमार ने श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट की बैठक पर कहा, "...ट्रस्टियों में इस बात की पीड़ा है कि वहां से चढ़ावा चोरी हुआ। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। उन्होंने इस पर खेद जताया और कहा कि हमें जैसे ही पता चला हमने सरकार से SIT गठन करने का आग्रह किया, SIT की प्राथमिक रिपोर्ट आते ही FIR भी हुई। जांच तेजी से और अच्छे से पूरी करके अपराधियों को दंड मिलना चाहिए। कहा जा रहा था कि अगर चंपत राय, अनिल मिश्रा अपने पदों पर बने रहेंगे तो वे जांच को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। ऐसा न हो, न दिखे इसलिए चंपत राय और अनिल मिश्रा ने इस्तीफा दिया। वह त्यागपत्र भी स्वीकार कर लिया गया और कृष्ण मोहन को अंतरिम महासचिव बनाया गया है... ट्रस्टियों ने समाज को आश्वस्त किया है कि जिसने जो भी वस्तु दान में दी थी, कीमती वस्तुएं, सब सुरक्षित हैं... बहुत सारे लोग आरोप लगा रहे हैं, उनके पास कोई दस्तावेज़ या कुछ होगा। उनसे आग्रह है कि सच्चाई का पता लगाने के लिए वे SIT की जांच में सहयोग करें। "

Trustees have assured society that all valuable articles given as donations are all safe...Allegations are being made by several people, they might have some information or documents or statements. All of them have been urged that if their statements are serious, they should report it to SIT..."

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरकार्यवाह दत्तात्रेय होसबाले द्वारा जारी किया गया वक्तव्य : (नई दिल्ली, 3 जुलाई 2026) श्री राम जन्मभूमि पर निर्मित भव्य मंदिर पीढ़ियों के संघर्ष और करोड़ों  रामभक्तों के समर्पण, त्याग एवं बलिदान के कारण संपूर्ण हिन्दू समाज के लिए श्रद्धा, आस्था और भक्ति का केन्द्र बना है। अयोध्या में श्री रामलला मंदिर में रखे हुए दान पात्रों में जमा राशि की चोरी की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना से समूचे समाज और राम भक्तों की भावना एवं श्रद्धा को आघात पहुँचा है तथा इस घटना से हम सभी आहत हैं। श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र न्यास के आग्रह पूर्वक निवेदन पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने विशेष जाँच दल का गठन कर उसकी अनुशंसा पर क़ानूनी प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की है। जाँच में जो भी दोषी पाए जाएँगे उन्हें कठोर दंड हो यह सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है। राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ सहित संपूर्ण हिंदू समाज की न्यास से स्वाभाविक ही अपेक्षा है कि इस घोर निंदनीय घटना को असाधारण मान कर गंभीरता से व्यवस्था एवं संचालन की सभी कमियों को दूर करने हेतु परिणामकारक कदम उठाए ताकि अयोध्या मंदिर पर करोड़ों रामभक्तों की  आस्था व श्रद्धा अखंड एवं अटूट बनी रहे। वर्तमान भ्रम और असमंजस की स्थिति समाप्त होनी चाहिए। इस दृष्टि से हमारी अपेक्षा है कि सभी आवश्यक पहल मंदिर प्रबंधन और शासन द्वारा गठित विशेष जाँच दल करेंगे। हमारा यह विश्वास है कि समुचित वित्तीय प्रबंधन, सुचारू संचालन हेतु निर्दोष पारदर्शी व्यवस्थाओं एवं शुद्धता और पवित्रता से परिपूर्ण धार्मिकता से ओतप्रोत वातावरण के द्वारा श्री रामजन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र न्यास हिन्दू समाज की आस्था एवं विश्वास को सुदृढ़ बनाये रखेगा।  राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ संपूर्ण हिन्दू समाज से भी आह्वान करता है कि इस कठिन क्षण में वह आवश्यक धैर्य और संयम का परिचय दें तथा इस दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना का लाभ उठाकर हिन्दू विरोधी, राष्ट्र विरोधी शक्तियों के हिंदू धर्म एवं समाज को बदनाम करने के षड़यंत्रों को विफल करे।

AYODHYA BAR RESOLUTION VIOLATES CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS o We have seen some reports that the Ayodhya Bar Association has passed a resolution that no Advocate shall appear for the persons accused in the theft of chadava money of Ram Janmbhumi Temple. o The Bar has also declared a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- upon an advocate appearing in these matters. o The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has examined the question whether an Advocate can decline to accept a brief where a client is ready to pay his fees and the matter is in a Court where the advocate usually appears (A.S. Mohammed Rafi, 2011) o The Hon’ble Supreme Court noticed that “the Bar Association of Coimbatore passed a resolution that no member of the Coimbatore Bar will defend the accused policemen in the criminal case against them in this case.” o The Hon’ble Supreme Court further noticed that: “Several Bar Association all over India, whether High Court Bar Associations or District Court Bar Associations have passed resolutions that they will not defend a particular person or persons in a particular criminal case. Sometimes there are clashes between policemen and lawyers, and the Bar Association passes a resolution that no one will defend the policemen in the criminal case in court. Similarly, sometimes the Bar Association passes a resolution that they will not defend a person who is alleged to be a terrorist or a person accused of a brutal or heinous crime or involved in a rape case.” o The Hon’ble Supreme Court considered this to be “a matter of great legal and constitutional importance which has caused us deep distress in this case.” o The Supreme Court held that “In our opinion, such resolutions are wholly illegal, against all traditions of the bar, and against professional ethics. Every person, however, wicked, depraved, vile, degenerate, perverted, loathsome, execrable, vicious or repulsive he may be regarded by society has a right to be defended in a court of law and correspondingly it is the duty of the lawyer to defend him.” o Article 21 of the Constitution of Bharat reads, “No person who is arrested shall be detained in custody without being informed, as soon as may be, of the grounds for which arrest nor shall he be denied the right to consult, and to be defended by, a legal practitioner of his choice.” o Chapter II of the Rules framed by the Bar Council of India states about 'Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette', as follows: “An advocate is bound to accept any brief in the Courts or Tribunals or before any other authorities in or before which he proposes to practice at a fee consistent with his standing at the Bar and the nature of the case. Special circumstances may justify his refusal to accept a particular brief.” o Professional ethics requires that a lawyer cannot refuse a brief, provided a client is willing to pay his fee, and the lawyer is not otherwise engaged. Hence, the action of any Bar Association in passing such a resolution that none of its members will appear for a particular accused, whether on the ground that he is a policeman or on the ground that he is a suspected terrorist, rapist, mass murderer, etc. is against all norms of the Constitution, the Statute and professional ethics. It is against the great traditions of the Bar which has always stood up for defending persons accused for a crime. Such a resolution is, in fact, a disgrace to the legal community. o The Supreme Court declared “that all such resolutions of Bar Associations in India are null and void and the right-minded lawyers should ignore and defy such resolutions if they want democracy and rule of law to be upheld in this country. It is the duty of a lawyer to defend no matter what the consequences, and a lawyer who refuses to do so is not following the message of the Gita.” o The Supreme Court directed that, “The Registry of this Court will circulate copies of this judgment/order to all High Court Bar Associations and State Bar Councils in India. The High Court Bar Associations are requested to circulate the judgment/order to all the District Court Bar Associations in their States/Union territories.” o I have no sympathy with any person accused of the heinous offence of chadava chori in the Ram Janmbhumi Mandir. We would earnestly press that the investigation is quickly completed, the matter tried in a fast-track Court and the guilty persons go behind the bars, say within 04 – 05 months from now. However, this does not persuade me to support a position that is both unethical and unlawful. o I would hope that the Ayodhya Bar Association shall consider the Judgment.

#WATCH | Delhi: On Akhilesh Yadav's allegations regarding the alleged Ram Mandir donation embezzlement case, VHP Chief Alok Kumar says, "...yesterday, the Trust's Treasurer, Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj, assured that the gold, silver, and other items are all intact. So, do those alleging a scam... have any basis for their claims? ...Such statements incite agitation and anger in society and undermine people's faith. Such rumour-mongering constitutes an offence under Section 353 of the BNS. Therefore, we expect the police to summon those making such extreme statements... If these statements were made without any basis or proof, then an FIR should be registered, and action should be taken..." He adds, "This isn't something for the VHP or RSS to handle directly; instead, we have urged the police to conduct a comprehensive investigation... We have asked the UP government to assign senior police officers to this task and ensure it is completed quickly... If all the culprits are behind bars and punished within 4–5 months... then the management will regain the public's trust."
