Do you know of any other criminal network, group based SA, mixed with torture, trafficking and drug use? Because this one is overrepresented by Pakistani men (don't try to say I'm blaming all Pakistanis). This isn't just about rape. Clearly misinformed but opinionated. Don't look at grooming gangs because there some white rapists over there 🤡

This is exactly what I’m talking about There are 3.87 million Muslims in England and Wales …. Saying “if only THEY would stop mass rape” is suggesting you think all 3.87 million of them are rapists. White people rape people too, do you think all white people are rapists? This type of rhetoric has entered mainstream politics too.

@DrNickA Isn't housing the biggest cost for the average person in the UK? If the government dealt with that then they wouldn't have to raise minimum wage

This tweet is a fascinating insight into the dire state of the U.K. Mostly it’s people who find it morally abhorrent for people to be on minimum wage serving coffee. If you can’t use the minimum wage for entry level unskilled work. What can you use it for? Many seem to think Peter should divert his savings to subsidise higher wages effectively operating at a loss. An economically irrational thing to do. Why would you pay (and work) to lose money? Many seem to think he should shut the coffee shop down completely, removing those jobs from the market all together. Presumably no jobs is a better outcome than minimum wage jobs. The minimum wage is now roughly £26k a year. About what I started on as a mathematics lecturer in 2010 after I completed by PhD. I worked 60-80 hours a week. Your take home pay on the national average wage is only £170 a week more than someone on a minimum wage job. Which in order to get you’d need to have a profession and about a decades worth of experience in that profession. That’s like one family meal and maybe a trip to the cinema. Hardly worth a decades hard work is it? And if you’re trying to save for a property, you won’t be able to have that. It also means that the median UK worker is a family meal and some mild entertainment away from morally objectionable abject poverty. What a mess
Peter McCormack 🏴‍☠️🇬🇧🇮🇪@PeterMcCormack

A minimum wage of £15 would end my coffee shop, it would have to close, as would many other businesses. I’ll explain for the economically illiterate. Staff costs are currently half our costs, a £15 minimum wage is actually more than £15 an hour for the company, because you have to add: - 12.07% holiday - Sick pay - Maternity pay if and when required - National insurance - Pension contributions These costs would mean the shop loses money because remember, energy costs are up, rates are up, regulations are up. Now you can pass these costs onto the consumer - that would mean charging a lot more for coffee, people won’t pay it. The likes of Starbucks and Costa can, because they have economies of scale. The independent doesn’t. Now the little socialist will say well this is your fault, if you can’t run a business that can afford to pay its staff properly, but the little socialist has never run a business and does not understand the dynamics. Now I could pay some staff off and fill those hours myself or reduce us to one staff member during certain periods - but this proves the point that a minimum wage costs jobs. There was a time when these jobs were done by kids, perhaps on the weekend, paid a lower wage, no holiday and no silly employment rights. Perhaps they were even paid cash. The dynamic worked and small businesses like this could operate. It was also a great first job. Sadly now it isn’t worth employing entitlement youngsters at this level of pay. So alas, I don’t need the stress, the business would close, a number of jobs would be lost. Economics is about understanding these dynamics, no vibes. The cost of living is not solved through passing on inflation to the business, it is solved by ending high inflation and creating prosperity. This is what socialists don’t understand, they can’t create prosperity, they can only destroy it.

Reminder that this Iran “war” did not begin on 28 February. It began in 2023 with the systematic dismantling of Iran’s forward deterrence architecture. Hezbollah’s missile inventory, Hamas’s governance capacity, and the Assad buffer in Syria. By the time US and Israeli aircraft entered Iranian airspace, Iran had already lost the forward layer of its defence and watched its economy contract under reimposed snapback sanctions, an inflation trajectory approaching 60%. The regime was, by most measures, at its weakest point in years when the strikes began. So the question to carry into your line of thinking is not “why now”? Because the conditions that have led to today had been building for two years. The question is, who calibrated the timing and what they expected to achieve. The destruction of Iran’s proxy network, if consolidated, reshapes the entire Levant. Israel appears stronger but in fact will be en route to dismantlement. Because the strategic cost is a Middle East in which the US has no off-ramp MIC policy for the next nuclear crisis to bomb the region under the guise of “national security”. That era is over. And thus, so is Israel’s existence as a private military contractor of the MIC. The Levant will be shaped by regional hegemons and emerging blocs. And China will be positioned as the preferred partner of every state that watched Washington bomb a capital city during active nuclear negotiations.

The evidence is clear, this is not a Tomahawk Iran alleged that an American Tomahawk Cruise Missile hit a school (buried in an IRGC compound) in southern Iran, killing 165 people. Analysis of a newly released video tells a different story. ANALYSIS: A-I analysis confirms the wings of the munition in question sit about 40%-45% down the body of the munition. On a Tomahawk, the wings sit roughly 49%-50% down the body of the munition. The wing to body ratio of the munition in question matches an Iranian Kh-55–derived Land Attack Cruise Missile. Further, the video shows the munition in a steep dive angle for the final attack phase. This places the attack angle at approximately 70%, which is the max attack angle for a Tomahawk. The attack angle does not match the KH-55. That angle maxes out at about 55 degrees. So what would have caused this? CONCLUSION: The wing positioning alone makes the munition impossible to be a Tomahawk. The attack angle is at the max of the Tomahawk's capabilities. The typical attack angle for a Tomahawk is much lower than 70 degrees. The typical angle is between 20-45 degrees. This is due to the flight pattern of Tomahawks. They fly very low horizontally to the ground, often only 50-100 meters AGL to avoid detection and interception. In order to achieve that attack angle, the missile would have had to gain altitude several kilometers away, this would leave it vulnerable for interception. This is highly unlikely on the first day of US attacks. So what could have caused this? Simply put, GPS jamming of an Iranian KH-55. The USA and Israel were, and continue to actively jam the Iranian airspace. If the KH-55's signal was jammed, this could result in an uncontrollable dive. Think of GPS jamming more like disorienting the missile. On 03/07 President Trump stated: “No, in my opinion, based on what I’ve seen, that was done by Iran.” Today, I concur with the President.

For every $5 you donate below, I will double it. And for every retweet & comment I will also donate $5. Up to $5,000. I will be talking about cryptogaza(.)com in a bit more detail today. Please take 2 minutes to read this. For the first time in my life, the killing in Gaza changed my entire worldview. The industry I was part of began calling for the extermination of my brothers and sisters while hospitals were bombed, journalists were killed, and children were blown up day after day. And this was the popular opinion for a very long time after October 7th. That the retaliation should be extermination. I was in shock and at first I was afraid to speak up because I felt I had something to lose. That feeling killed me and I did what I could silently donating until I found a charity I could actually trust. I did not want to be a coward any longer. I wanted to set up a crowdfunder so others could help and so I could speak openly about the cause. I flew to Jordan with the team and saw the work myself. In March 2024 I announced it by posting wallet addresses people could donate to. I never expected it to grow this large, but I knew every dollar helped. It was purposeful: Putting my entire reputation behind it and providing clear evidence of distributions. To date, we've raised $2,129,857 across 977 unique donors with a high average of $1,394. We've distributed millions of litres of water, thousands of hot meals, hundreds of food parcels, sponsored hundreds of orphans, medical suppliers and more. Set up medical clinics, makeshift schools, property waqf, trained mothers to generate food for themselves and have multiple bigger projects in the works. And we still have money to distribute. Crypto is where I came from and where I made my money. Beyond the money culture, the core ethos of crypto is owning your money and using it as you choose. Our largest anonymous donor has given over $500K. Try doing that through a bank while telling them you are donating to Gaza last year. They would deny it, likely shut you down, and report you. Setting up a pipeline for people to donate in Crypto unlocked the ability for people who want to donate but can't to help. Many people think it is over now. They believe the ceasefire means the killing has stopped. That is not the reality. Even if it were, trauma on that scale does not heal quickly. I have spoken to people who have seen their entire family line killed in the past two years. Imagine losing your parents, siblings, cousins, everyone. The Palestinians still need your help. Please continue to donate below. Zakat eligible. View the site below for more detail. ETH (including L2s): 0x8F9aE9840a7E5982fC95442346819a47e490c752 SOL: 6iohECyT5iKqa2YKwh6dXnhMQUwj1K38HQ44efutC7q6
