@ApostleNatalie @officer_Lew We had Section 8 tenants in LA, off of Crenshaw and we had to call HA to document violations and start evictions especially if they bring in additional family or friends to live with them some landlords can buck the system but many like myself have eliminated Section 8 options

I hate to tell you it's not one-sided. Landlords also hold tenants hostage, antara property to collect money from section 8 after clean move outs. Landlords play this game to received checks from section 8 upon move out, don't be so sure that's the tenant. I don't think the landlord has to prove it, it's just stated and they get a check which is also a bad policy. Landlords beat the system all the time, their mouth is not a prayer book. Units should be inspected before and after with the tenant so landlords (can't) lie about it. @HUDgov ~TheApostle I've seen both
