In the midterms, I’ll be voting for Democrats to investigate and impeach the entire criminal Trump administration. I hope I finally get what I vote for.
CKAKRK@CaitlinKazarian

@philthatremains Oh don’t worry. It’s not just the libertarians. We’re all voting blue! Be prepared for ENDLESS impeachments, indictments, and congressional hearings. Our county is almost 40% independent. National elections will be much different than a rural Kentucky district

Rightists who thought they could reject liberalism and progressives who thought they could go beyond liberalism are both discovering that their ideas are incapable of successfully governing an advanced society.

@AlphariusFella @CKikila @ohiovoter4145 @HannahMuldavin Yes, yes, Trump is a moron who keeps failing upward, at least that's what you keep telling yourself. It's like you never learn anything, no evidence can convince you you're wrong, which is, I assume, a symptom of your mental incapacity.

Trump’s dramatic drop in approval, which began largely with independents, is now eating into his support w/ his own base. In Reuters/Ipsos poll, only 15% of voters strongly approved of Trump, including only 39% of Republicans. ipsos.com/sites/default/…

@AlphariusFella @CKikila @ohiovoter4145 @HannahMuldavin A lot can happen in six months, but you've staked your sanity on Trump losing. How's that been going for your? Answer: you've spiraled into conspiracy theories. You believe assassination attempts were staged. Clearly, you're not a person whose judgement should be trusted

@JayFivekiller @CKikila @ohiovoter4145 @HannahMuldavin A loser? Im not even a member of a political party. Im not gonna lie, I think theres something wrong with someone like you who wraps up your identity with a politician. Like profoundly wrong. Do your kids not talk to you anymore or something? That seems to be a recurring theme

@AlphariusFella @CKikila @ohiovoter4145 @HannahMuldavin That's the spirit! Although, honestly, you don't seem fine, descending into conspiracy theories and election denial. You seem like a person who's been mentally broken and is having a difficult time adjusting to being a loser.

@AlphariusFella @CKikila @ohiovoter4145 @HannahMuldavin Remember that feeling on election night in November of 2024? You're going to feel the same thing this November as it become clear the Republicans have held onto the house. Just a profound sense of futility and sadness, as befits a person on the wrong side of history.

The claim refers mostly to repeated accusations against AfD lawmakers (esp. in Thuringia and Bundestag) for filing detailed parliamentary questions on military capabilities, critical infrastructure, and Ukraine aid routes—actions opponents (SPD/CDU/Greens) call "Kremlin checklists" for gathering intel useful to Russia. Some individual AfD figures like Petr Bystron have faced probes over alleged Russian-linked payments or contacts. AfD denies all of it as smears and says they're just scrutinizing government policy. It's party-level: AfD's platform pushes pro-Russia positions (lift sanctions, cheap energy, less Ukraine aid) for German interests, which critics label vassalage. Nuanced—real policy alignment + suspicious incidents exist, but "vassal spy party" is partisan shorthand, not settled fact.

You’re underestimating them by a lot. This is what Americans said when they voted for Trump and told themselves that he would not do tariffs or wars. They will do it. This is one thing they’ve been VERY clear on for over a decade. It’s also laid out in their literal manifesto.
Marcos Agustín@marcosagusstinn

AfD, even if they won, wouldn’t take Germany out of the EU. Around 60–70% of Germans consistently support EU membership, making it politically unrealistic. Economically it would be self-harm: tariffs and regulatory barriers would hit Germany’s export-driven industry, weaken its external surplus, and increase inflation through higher import costs. It’s mostly political populism, not a viable policy path.
