Every age, it seems, is tainted by the greed of men. Rubbish to one such as I, devoid of all worldly wants. — I work on HPC and making AI run faster.

@zawarudo0716 @Genki_JPN Do you think generative AI works by means other than machine learning?

Capcom says it will not use materials made by generative Al in its games!
However, it plans to use AI technology to improve game development efficiency in areas such as graphics, sound and programming.
"For our company, we will not implement materials created by generative Al into our game content.
On the other hand, we plan to actively utilize it as a technology to help increase efficiency and productivity in the game development process. Therefore, we are currently exploring ways to utilize it in various areas such as graphics, sound and programming."

@Cams_Sepulveda @fromsoftserve I'm pretty sure that the emulator settings doesn't adjust the UI for ultrawide. And I addressed your first point in my comment already.

@AlpinDale @fromsoftserve There is lotto mods that do this ever since day 1 and there are settings on the emulator for that too

Can you explain why ReLU kills gradients, why GELU is in every transformer, why Softmax turns logits into probabilities?
> Sigmoid
> ReLU
> Tanh
> Softmax
> LeakyReLU
> GELU
> Swish
> ELU
> SELU
Every activation function you'll ever need, explained by implemention.

New paper, with my humble attempt at closing the gap to solving Crouzeix's Conjecture.
TL;DR: for a fixed polynomial, smooth stationary extremizers admit an exact rank-one alignment identity, which forces a compression to dimension at most d+1 for degree-d problems. In particular, quadratic and cubic stationary cases reduce to 3x3 and 4x4. We also prove a global reduction of the full conjecture to cyclic matrices.
