@StefanMolyneux Your tweet is a lie and cover up. Banks weren't forced to lend to unqualified buyers, they did so willingly due to greed.

The Next Real Estate Earthquake The real estate industry would be upended if we restored freedom of association, thus permitting all-White neighborhoods again. Please help me predict the implications. Here are a few I have worked out: 1. The big winner would be old neighborhoods with Whites-only deed covenants that were ruled unenforeceable but are still on the books. Restoring those covenants would spike home values. 2. Upscale neighborhood prices will fall, as Whites are no longer forced to pay $1M+ to escape nons. 3. Land values will also fall in mixed-race neighborhoods, as middle-income Whites finally have an alternative. 4. Land values will rise in right-wing neighborhoods with a powerful HOA, on the hope they will impose a Whites-only rule. 5. Once the legal barriers are removed, White-only neighborhoods can be enforced by an HOA, deed covenants, zoning, or social pressure. All three mechanisms are easier to impose in a new development, so the biggest winner might be large empty lots suitable for residential development. No, we can't do it yet, but we are moving that direction. Kindly don't black-pill that progress.

@coldxman Doesn't make any sense. If blacks performed, America wouldn't be racist. And we just can't live in that world.

So let's figure out how to get more Black kids to ace the exam! Of course, that might require making teachers work harder or smarter, an idea that the teachers' mafia––ahem sorry, teachers' union––would resist.

1 in 5 NYC public school students are Black, but at Stuy - our most prestigious high school - 3 of ~800 incoming Freshmen are Black. We urgently need state legislation to modify the admissions process. A single test should never be only factor deciding who gets in & who doesn’t.

@JoshuaLisec In the sexual marketplace, yes absolutely. Biological reason. Virgin = the child is mine. That's all there is to it. For men, more lays means proof of STATUS - which is the #1 desire button in women. Money, fame, charisma - all displays of status.

OK. Time for some painful real talk we hinted at all of last week… First and foremost—this is NOT advice; it is general OBSERVATION. And it goes like this: Women and men are inverse in a number of ways. One key way is on the subject of social proof. It works FOR men but AGAINST women. So, in the conservative context, we observe women giving attention and energy to “experienced” men—not to male virgins. Social proof. “I’ll have what she’s having. It must be good if ten women before me wanted it.” Every good church boy knows this as he sees his crushes hanging out with “bad influence” guys who are “hot” and “secular.” Conversely, we see the men most prizing the least experienced women. I need say no more on this one. tl;dr … Virgin female ≈ everyone wants her, no one has gotten her (+value) Virgin male ≈ anyone can have him, no one has wanted him (-value) This is offensive, crude, unbiblical, etc., etc. This is what we see through the PERSUASION lens. You don’t have to like it.
Rachel Wilson@Rach4Patriarchy

You would really have a point here, except that women more often than not find virgin men unattractive. Most women are attracted to men who have proved that they are worth being attracted to by being with lots of other women. They want the guy that all the other women want. That’s the main reason that it’s different. Not because men are bad, but because women are attracted to men who can get all the other women. If women started desiring virgin men tomorrow the men would be a lot more careful about body count.

Society has placed youth in a cage because adults can't be honest about the actual problem of black dysfunction. Black yoof can't be trusted with the same level of freedom that white kids can. Civil rights law means that you can't just say 'no blacks allowed', meaning that the only defenses are prohibitive cost barriers or highly restrictive 'safety' regulations, effectively punishing the white kids for things black kids do. Of course, the law is never really enforced on the black kids (rayciss), so the net result is that white kids have had all of their liberties stripped from them while the black kids run wild. Youth sacrificed for the polite lies of adults.

Spotted at the local mall last week. What are kids supposed to do, exactly?

I want to address a comment of mine from two years ago that was reported today in the Huffington Post and has raised some concern. My words are being taken out of context and weaponized by my political opponents, and I want to set the record straight. In 2024 I hosted a podcast series examining the disastrous history of US war and interventionism abroad, and how we can change it. This was prompted by my horror at the genocide in Gaza, which was and is supported by US weapons and tax dollars. Saying no to war is one of the core reasons for my run for Congress. The episode reported today was an interview with a Black anti-war organizer about his vital work to organize Black Americans against the genocide. Because this episode was specifically focused on anti-war politics within the Black community, I noted that Black elected leaders in DC have been among those supporting unnecessary US wars and foreign intervention. The way I made this point was clumsy, and I regret my choice of words. I understand the potential impact when received out of context. The way the story is being reported does not reflect my beliefs. Allow me to clarify what I believe. Black Americans are and have been at the forefront of the fight to realize the very best American ideals of freedom and justice for all. As a community organizer, I have been deeply inspired by the Black liberation struggle, and I've been blessed to study with elders including the late Rev James Lawson. Many Black elected leaders have also been among our strongest opponents to war, like when Rep Barbara Lee was the lone vote against authorizing the global war on terror in 2001. That said, national elected leaders across race, ethnicity, age and gender have been supporters of unnecessary US wars. This poses a challenge to the anti-war movement. Americans of all races and ages must work together to advance peace. Until we do, our resources will go to fund war and genocide abroad, rather than investing in affordable housing and healthcare, or closing the racial wealth gap. Our priorities as a nation are upside down, and I will continue to work closely with Black community leaders, and all people, to set our priorities straight.
