@amfam can you please stop delaying rebuilding our home. The claim was reported in December 2025 and your adjuster Derek Sturtevant did not act on it not until March 2026. We tried to make every effort to communicate and accommodate you. Our family still leaving in an Airbnb

@amfam @WWestrate you've got a serious billing system issue. We've reported the issues over and over to our local agent and they are stuck. Corporate needs to get their act together. We've been incorrectly billed for months now will no way to get refunds. #OneAmFam

@amfam How can you take away a safety discount from a customer just because they got rear-ended through no fault of their own? Increasing the premium by 15%, which is $600 in this case, is simply wrong.

Hey @amfam, in written communication my insurance agent acknowledged my intent to nonrenew once policy expired. However it autorenewed $ from ACH checking account that didn't have the funds. I put a stop check and they apologized for the error but refused $25 refund of fee. Help?

@amfam Your POS driver sideswiped my car when my daughter was driving & lied through his teeth. I wanted to let everyone know what kind of leeches you are that we have to fight just to get repairs done. Leeches take money and try to avoid rightful claims using you POS an an excuse

Shame on @amfam. Just got a brand new car, 2025 Accord, which rates exceptionally high for safety. My premium went up $40 per month. Other than greed, no reason for this. "Hey, he can afford a new car, let's get OUR share, too!" Auto insurance industry is corrupt. Shame.
