Putin has a tremendous talent at stating the obvious and delivering these supposedly witty ripostes that expose western hypocrisy.
The problem is no one cares outside Russia, so they have zero effect on western anti-Russian policies, and increasingly Russians don't care as well.

Russia's oil export capacity is being directly attacked by Ukraine. Putin cannot remove Zelensky from the planet because of a promise he made to an Israeli prime minister (who is higher on the pecking order than anyone in Russia).
