Why would you offer an in-app option to upgrade, if this is the outcome? For 18 years myself and my direct family have been your customers. Yet we are treated appallingly. How is that good business? I am simply wanting you to fulfill your commitment. It isn't difficult.

@BBCSussex Sussex Police were a complete let down when I reported domestic abuse to them. They couldn't have been more disinterested, yet later the perpetrator admitted to his crimes during a family court hearing! I have zero faith in Sussex Police on this topic.
