It hasn’t been even 24 hours since the naming of the cabinet. The opposition can’t name a leader of opposition and its shadow cabinet before government cabinet. And the appointments committee also hasn’t been instituted yet. It isn’t composed only of the LOP.

Government is fully formed, opposition is silent. The membership of the appointments committee that will vet and approve presidential nominees, including Cabinet Ministers includes the Leader of Opposition who is yet to be appointed.
