Kidney issues, liver issues, or herbs like fenugreek whispering to your hormones. Because the body is always speaking, and we are simply learning how to listen. What next? Medication-related, consider safer alternatives Mild, non-problematic discharge time, patience, and no nipple squeezing, because stimulating it feeds the cycle When should you seek urgent help? If you notice: Blood-stained discharge, A breast lump, Severe headaches or vision changes, Very high prolactin, Unexpected menstrual changes. These are the body’s louder knocks, and we do not ignore them. And finally, Her body is not betraying her. It is not acting strangely.
