@htk97 Urdu’s poetic depth comes from Farsi, which was compulsory part of school curriculum until 1970s Poets like Allama Iqbal, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, & Ahmad Faraz were all products of this system It was removed from schools in 70s, we've lost direct link to classical literature

I’m genuinely ashamed of how incapable I am of understanding most of Iqbal’s verses. The ones with power and influence need to be reminded again and again and again that we really need to make Iqbaliyaat and the study of Urdu (and Farsi) great again — because it is a fundamental part of nation-building!

@PravinSawhney Why do Indian hyper-nationalists go into a meltdown the moment anyone points out Pakistan’s ability to maneuver geopolitics to its advantage? Whether people like it or not, stable and peaceful Pak-Ind relations are imperative for mutual growth and to stop the resource bleed.

Indians are wrong in believing that good ties between China & US shall have adverse impact on India-China ties. The two are not linked in the New World Order. What is linked are India-Pakistan & India-China relations. Moreover, for all the revelations, reality should not be misread: that Pakistan has demonstrated an uncanny ability in steering geopolitics in its favor. Geopolitics is the ability to be in the accelerating New World Order & the right groupings . Will explain an overview of the evolving world order in my video to be online by today (May 19) evening!

Thank you for the reply sir, Dialogue is the only sane path. The May 2025 four-day clash was a stark reminder that in our nuclear neighborhood, even limited wars risk rapid escalation and leave both sides weaker. War satisfies egos briefly but solves nothing. Let’s resume serious engagement, keeping Kashmir and terrorism on the table while expanding trade, visas, and people-to-people contacts as the real antidote to manufactured hate. No illusions, just gritty realism: talk while holding our knives, or keep bleeding until nothing remains worth fighting for. Time to choose.

@chmpgnsoshalist Here's more education for the ostrich headed. Pakistan's identity stands on 3 things: -Islam -Urdu -Hatred for India/Hindus Remove one, &the country falls. Army, Mullahs, Feudal lords &common people all ascribe to it...each assail the other if they feel the other is diluting any

@chmpgnsoshalist @e_munti I think the fact that almost all Pakis wants to destroy India, slaughter Hindus, send hordes of jihadis into India is enough information for India to understand what Pakis really are. Despite known atrocities against Indians, Pakis continue to parrot their fauji narrative

@MDUmairKh Somewhat true, but it’s unified prejudice against Indian identity Pashtuns have always been hostile towards India, Sindhi elites historically wouldn't even tolerate Bengalis, and whatever softness existed in Punjabis was completely wiped out by your post-2014 Hindutva circus

I don't think Indians and we have much in common, but that is not just about religion but also geography, civilisations and ethnic groups. Jinnah's original idea of Pakistan had 45% non-Muslims, and Muslims were a bare 55% majority. Pakistan was never about "separating from idol worshippers", it was about solving a communal issue. By taking a huge chunk of Hindus to Pakistan, Jinnah tried to strengthen Muslim minorities in Hindustan, while prevent I$lamist takeover in Pakistan. It was about creating a balance of power in the subcontinent. However, Mountbatten's scheme gave Assam and parts of Bengal and Punjab to Hindustan, destroying the ratio required to keep fundos at bay. Jinnah's speech from 3 June 1947 is available on YouTube in his own voice, where he says that he's not happy with the partition plan. Later on 9 June, the Muslim League held a meeting, and most of the leadership was unhappy with the plan because it gave minorities no deterrence. They only accepted the plan as a compromise. Jinnah's speech and the Muslim League's resolution calling it a compromise instead of a final settlement pissed Nehru off, and his letters to Mountbatten in response are also available. Nehru was more eager to take non-Muslims away from Pakistan than the Muslim League was. However, Jinnah still tried his best to install a secular state in Pakistan, which then became overwhelmingly Muslim majority. But molvis like Maududi, who had no plan to settle in Pakistan, which was to have 45% non-Muslims, only came here once the subdivision of Punjab and migration of Hindus took place (Maududi's confession - 1954). Quaid never said Pakistan ka matlab kea. These statements are shoved down his throat by Shah Dula's rats, who haven't read a single document in their entire life, and repeat the same bedtime stories they were told since childhood.

@Pixiedust941 I use western commodities (jeans, Twitter) without begging them for emotional bond You, on other hand, are writing emotional pleas for 'connection' with people of Hindutva state Material utility is global reality; emotional begging is inferiority complex

I was recently shocked to discover tht lawn is a Pakistani thing &!indian women do not wear it and my first thought was i WISH indian women could. No sense of superiority but a desire for connection. Sadly most of the online discourse from other side does not share this sentiment
aifa maso@clappedbetween

There is nothing INHERENTLY wrong with indians calling pakistani things as ‘South Asian’ and pakistan can do the same too the problematic part is indians tend to do that not out of love for our shared values and history but for the denial of our existence and individuality.
