I just spent an hour on the phone with an experienced Presiding Judge in Harris County Texas. She said if a voter comes to vote without a photo id they cast a provisional ballot and have 6 days to clear their ballot with the voter registrar's office. The Presiding Judge has NO IDEA how many if any of the provisional ballots are counted as legitimate votes. There is big opportunity to flip illegitimate provisional ballots to legitimate votes without oversight at the tabulation center. From what I understand the provisional ballot is no different than a regular ballot it is cast in the same method as a regular ballot. It is recorded by the Presiding Judge who indicates a ballot is provisional by completing a form stating it as such. That form is placed in a separate envelope marked "provisional" that envelope is turned into the tabulation center. It does not seem too far-fetched that provisional envelope indicating which ballots were cast as provisional could be separated, thrown in the trash or otherwise ignored. All provisional ballots could be counted as verified and the Presiding Judge would have no idea this occurred. They are never informed of the status of the provisional ballots if they were cured or not. All ballots go to the main Harris County tabulation location at Reliant Center to be counted, and that place is an absolute sh*tshow. I believe this is the game plan in Texas. They are going to try to overwhelm the Precinct's with provisional votes and stack the tabulation centers with the folks who are willing to commit the crimes necessary to accomplish this goal. We ALL need to volunteer at the polling locations and tabulation centers. I am going to research this and try to find out who we need to contact to take the steps to become a volunteer. They only need to steal Texas to win.
