@airindia Request you to provide a resolution on top priority regarding the missing baggage issue. It has already been 5 hours since I lodged the complaint, but I have not received any positive update from Air India.

@airindia It is very unfortunate that even after 7.5 hours of lodging the complaint, the airline is still not in a position to provide me with a firm response regarding the traceability of my baggage and its delivery.

@airindia I did not understand why air india is asking so many details with customer when everything is available with airlines. Request you to please get in touch with your Vadodara team and resolve my case on top priority. Further, I have mailed to nodal officers with all the details.

@airindia I travelled today on AI 2866 (Delhi–Vadodara). My baggage (Tag No. 0098610422) checked in at 11:13 AM in Delhi did not arrive. Complaint lodged at Vadodara airport, but no update and no response on follow-up calls. Contains valuable items. Please trace and deliver

@NeemansOfficial Ordered shoes—wrong size. No return option, only exchange. Customer care says EMI payment makes me ineligible for return. 🤔 Still waiting for pickup—60+ hours and counting, despite 24–48 hr promise. Now they want another 24 hrs.

@PanasonicIndia Order an Air conditioner vide order No.000089725 on 12th May’25. While placing order delivery to my location was showing very next day i.e; 13th May 2025. Delivery finally happen on 15th May and still I am struggling to get the installation done.

How building got permission to build houses in Vadodara and VUDA is behaving like we are from other part of universe. Rules and regulations should work after establishment of massive population in area.
