@cssmartcity and @commr_csmc, I was applying for a birth certificate. on the 9th of September, but it's still showing as under process. What should I do? If I go offline, the officer simply says, "Go and pay property tax first, then come here to apply." is this compulsory?

Hey Smart City, @cssmartcity and @commr_csmc, please update your app data. One of your officers from the Death & Birth Department transferred 5 years ago and is still showing details in your app. if you dont want to go with the online website, then shut it down and offline.

@akash58685095 Normally up to 30 days from the date of enrolment/update, the Aadhaar is generated. Also, once your request is processed, you will be intimated by SMS on your registered mobile number. You may also check the status after few days by visiting our website 1/2

@HathwayBrdband Problems everyday since last 1 week. If no one picks up the phone from the office and lodges a complaint, without calling back and asking what the problem is, the complaint is stopped and we have to suffer mental anguish.
