Don't book @SpiritAirlines can't take off because there's snack carts. Then they give you a voucher for a hotel through a link only to get there and the hotel doesn't have your confirmation and no rooms available. Got off the plane 2 hrs ago, on hold with no help.

I’m flying @SpiritAirlines for the first time and I would have liked a warning. My luggage cost me $129 extra dollars for 19 pounds. A separate bag costs $85 have never spent so much money for such unmitigated crap. The gall is astounding. I am not finished. This is fraud.

Idk why I decided to give @SpiritAirlines a chance. I had to camel the second leg of a trip I took and they dead told me the cancellation fees were so high that i wasn't even eligible for a flight credit. mind you the flight was 500. I def rebooked my flight home with @JetBlue
