@AmericanAir I appreciate your reply - if you could please pass on that they are taking typically easy GF products and adding wheat - Macarons, Omelette, Sausage … with minor adjustments, they could be more inclusive without changing anything from a taste perspective. It’s frustrating.

@Amtamny We've heard back from our Food and Beverage team. The French Macarons do contain Glucose Syrup derived from wheat.

@AmericanAir do the French Macarons which are traditionally made with almond flour really made with wheat or is this just lazy labeling by the admirals club which is even putting wheat in the omelets?

@AmericanAir You’re missing the point. I don’t want an exception. The policy is wrong. You want your best customers showing off your product so they will switch to AA. Who cares if I bring other AA members. Huge missed opportunity especially for someone who pays for the service

@AmericanAir today traveling back from NYC home. Best friend flying on SWA in same terminal booked so we can hang in AA club I pay for to include guests, but apparently not unless they have an AA ticket. Why wouldn’t AA want to advertise, sell themselves. #CustomerServiceFail

@AmericanAir If a guest is flying in the same terminal - who cares if they are flying on OneWorld. Wouldn’t you want to want to upsell your product and service so they want to fly. Sadly my friend has undergone Chemo and I talked him into AA - a comfortable place to relax. I guess not.
