We went to @Amusedublin today for lunch, specially to try some of their wagyu beef. And it did not disappoint. Glorious carmelisation, fattiness and saltiness.

Two excellent desserts rounded off the meal. Tropical Fruit with Kaffir Lime Leaves, Coconut Mousse, Lemongrass & Ginger Broth was a real delight. The Zephyr Caramel White Chocolate Parfait with Black Currant, Iranian Pistachio, Muscavado and Lime was a fine end to proceedings

I’m not sure why @amusedublin flies so far under the radar in the Dublin restaurant firmament but it deserves far more recognition than it appears to have. I’ve not been to another restaurant in Ireland that blends European and Asian cooking so successfully.
