A U.S. Marine Corps veteran was removed from the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness and Management Support hearing on Wednesday for protesting against military action in Iran. Brian McGinnis, a Green Party candidate running for Senate in North Carolina, was forcibly removed by U.S. Capitol Police and Sen. Tim Sheehy (R-MT), who said following the confrontation that he "decided to help out and deescalate the situation."

@RollSpides The game was reflective of the whole season: spend the entire game in frantic catch up mode, miss too many lay ups and free throws, tie it up at the end, can’t close, and lose anyway. I hope the MBB go watch the WBB, and learn how to mix up their defense and play strategically.

Instead of handling their own child, the family berates her, secretly records her, and later posts the video online to shame her. The internet piles on. Her employer sees it… and fires her. On what planet is this okay? What’s wrong here: • A paid seat is not public property • A stranger is not responsible for soothing your child • Filming someone without consent to weaponize social media is gross • Employers policing off-the-clock behavior based on viral outrage is dangerous Kindness is voluntary. Boundaries are not cruelty. Entitlement + a camera ≠ moral high ground. If this happened to you, what would you do?
