We're excited to announce the launch of AQAffinity, an open-source protein–ligand affinity prediction model built on OpenFold3. AQAffinity is designed to help drug discovery teams improve early-stage decision-making through fast, transparent potency prediction, including for targets that lack experimentally determined structures. Key highlights: Open source access, including the full training pipeline Fast, scalable affinity prediction for early hit finding and prioritization Ability to benchmark internally and fine-tune on proprietary datasets No vendor lock-in or costly evaluation cycle By making AQAffinity freely available, we aim to lower the cost and risk of adopting AI-enabled discovery, promote open science and collaboration across the biopharma ecosystem, and inspire a collective effort toward innovation. Explore AQAffinity and access the full release details here: sandboxaq.com/aqaffinity
