NEW: The spring breaker who was seen dancing on top of a Jeep in Port Aransas, Texas, has sadly died. 22-year-old Michael Brown suffered a fatal head injury and passed away on Friday, according to local reports. The driver of the Jeep, Riley Rhoades, was arrested at the scene for driving drunk. Brown was reportedly thrown from the car after Rhoades crashed into a Tesla. Good Morning from Lawrence Superior Court where we will hear closing arguments in the Kelsey Fitzsimmons trial. Over a dozen North Andover Police officers are here today, including Daley, Noonan and Houston. I asked Officer Noonan if he still thinks Kelsey is a "whack job" and asked Officer Houston if he was ever really a friend to Fitzsimmons. Update - our motion to dismiss hearing has been moved to May 14 at 9 AM in Suffolk superior court. The reason is because of a potential time conflict with my lawyer, who will be defending Kelsey Fitzsimmons at trial next week, which could go until Friday.
