Today was my last shift as an Advanced Paramedic for @NWAmbulance. It's been an incredible journey, working alongside amazing staff from all areas and backgrounds. Time for a new adventure with @NWAirAmbulance. Thank you to all who have helped me along the way! #NewRoleNerves

I have the utmost respect for my colleagues in green. But the work that the SPTL team are currently doing on a daily basis is phenomenal. The challenges that I witnessed them facing today in relation to long waits was astounding. Hats off to you all.
