Illegal immigrants cannot get s business loan without an itin and capital. They're not established so no bank is giving them money just cause they're an immigrant.
They can use that ITIN to build credit or get a co-signer who is established. Thar applies to anyone who doesn't have a SS# or whose SS# is damaged by credit mismanagement.
If he has papers for a loan that means it's backed by capital. Or assets.
Too? Wtf does Kamala have to do with this? You think she has the power to change a capitalism driven nation into a communist one?
