@GeorgeFitzallen Not the point I'm making George. I didn't state that Waterford would have gone on to win it, I stated the obvious. Basic technical fouls not being awarded is not good enough at this level.

@radicalists Hey don't get me wrong, it'd be rare for both teams on any given day not to have something to moan about but I'll just make the point that overlooking basic technical frees is not acceptable at this level. I could see it first time, Owens was positioned well enough to see it

@AnTarbh86 But look sher there's always someone giving out, the game is gone so fast refs can't keep up and no help from umpires one game, and umpires making silly calls other games. The hurley drop wasn't even spotted by commentary until the 3rd replay.

@radicalists Could pick examples in every phase for sure, not denying that, but there's blatant fouls like a pull down and technical free like dropping a hurley when handpassing, those are inexcusable for a ref at that level. Gillane getting as fouled as the lads at the other end off the ball

@AnTarbh86 Neutral here 👋 swings and roundabouts really, gillane pulled to ground in the square and inside 21 and nothing given. Waterford should've put em away, Limerick were poor for large parts of this game. You could pull up any phase of the game and give a free for either side
