I’m committing to only eating healthy to speed up the weight loss, cuz junkorexia only works for me during the school year. Salad omads and water all summer + my exercise routine should get me in shape before school. In august, I’ll shock them all with my transformation.

@bubblegumshed I just recently got out of it, but what worked for me was getting rid of ALL binge foods and stopping fasts. Make yourself as busy as possible and don't restrict as much
