@ConsumerSOS My thoughts are foul play. Extend the closing of the houses. Ppl cant afford the houses they bought previously due to the rise in the bank interest rate.

On scene at huge fire in Vaughan: fire official tells me “about 20” homes burned down. They are “mopping up”. No reports of injuries.

@dima_nomad I saw this home. The sellers were unrealistic with their expectations and the house still needed lots of work. They are at 2.3m now for sale by the lender. Very unique home ( in a good way) . Sad

@Smarter_RE I was just advised that there will be 3 more groups during my 30 minutes time slot. All other times are booked with multiple groups as well.

Market so busy we can’t book showings to see some homes because they are booked solid, 30 min showing limit from 9am-9am, no overlapping showings, all booked up, some agents starting to allow overlapping appointments now but that’s not a great option. #torontorealestateproblems
