Last week, Gazan women testified to a system of rape by Hamas to Palestinian women living in tents. This week, Gazan children testified to being raped by Hamas clerics. Not a word about it the New York Times, UN, or Cenk Uygur. Weird.

🚨Don’t stop talking about Iran Aida Barasa was just 20. A psychology student. A normal girl with a future. On January 9, they shot her. Three bullets. Straight into her neck and throat. Then it gets even darker. Agents took her body. Stole it. Her family had no idea where she was for two weeks. Two weeks of hell. When they finally found her in Kahrizak, it wasn’t just the gunshots. There were stitches on her stomach. Think about that. What did they do to her after killing her? And it still didn’t end there. Her family had to PAY to get her body back. Yes, pay. And they were threatened, pressured, told to lie. Told to say she wasn’t killed in the protests. This is what’s happening. This is the reality. If you’re still silent, if you still think this is politics or “complicated,” wake up. This is brutality. This is murder. This is a regime that kills young women and then tries to erase them.

The utter lack of consequences for criminal behavior is creating a culture of criminality in our state. The pro-criminal policies pushed by AG James and her allies since 2019 went way too far and have led us to lawlessness. Let’s return to common sense. This is an issue that unites New Yorkers regardless of partisan allegiances. Even Democrats - in the city council, in the police department, and in the state judiciary - are calling for accountability and consequences. Time to elect an Attorney General who will enforce the laws and lead the charge to reform our system.

We cannot keep making this mistake. If you live in NYC District 3 (Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, Greenwich Village, West Village, Flatiron) please vote for Carl Wilson between now and Tuesday’s Special Election. Mamdani has endorsed Lindsay Boylan. We cannot let these radical socialist get into positions of government. The optics are clear: Zohran Mamdani is leveraging his endorsement of Lindsey Boylan to trigger a collision course with Council Speaker Julie Menin. This move is not just about a local seat; it is a calculated attempt to shift the power dynamics within the City Council. While Carl Wilson positions himself as the logical successor to Erik Bottcher, the external endorsements reveal an engineered effort to disrupt the status quo in Chelsea and Hell’s Kitchen. April 28, 2026, marks the decision point for voters in Greenwich Village and the Flatiron. The messaging from the Mamdani camp suggests a desire to install a candidate who mirrors their specific brand of disruption, rather than continuity. I see the hidden dot here: this special election is being used as a proxy war for the future leadership of New York City’s legislative body. The omitted context in mainstream reporting is how these individual endorsements are part of a broader strategy to undermine established leadership through targeted local contests. #NYC #CityCouncil #ManhattanPolitics #ZohranMamdani #Election2026

🚨 BREAKING: Former Columbia Professor Tells NYU Students to Be “Proud” of Hating America, Praises Oct. 7 and Hamas Figures Former Columbia professor Mohamed Abdou spoke to a group of NYU students tonight as part of his “Death to the Akademy” tour and delivered a remarkable rant praising October 7, glorifying Hamas-linked figures, and urging students to see themselves as part of “the resistance.” Abdou told the students, “Be proud of your hate for America.” He also praised “the blessed Al-Aqsa flood, October 7th, 2023,” described student activists as “a branch of the resistance,” and said that designation was “an honor.” Abdou went on to gush over Abu Obeida, former spokesman for Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades, calling him “one of the greatest men that I have grown to love.” He even argued that in many cases of decolonization, “white settlers… are going to have to leave,” adding of Palestine: “they leave or it’s over. They’re gone.” This was a remote address to NYU students tonight. NYU’s administration hides behind the fact that groups like this are unrecognized while doing nothing about the obvious radicalization taking place around its campus.

By who? By the greatest people on the face of this earth, the mujahideen in Gaza. 'A branch of the resistance' — no other group has been referred to as that. What an honor!" -"White settlers...are going to have to leave." -"Student movements go through ebbs and flows, but I beg your pardon, when you're referred to as 'a branch of the resistance,' that's a whole different other level of responsibility!" -"Let me talk about one of the greatest men that I have come to love, to learn from a great deal and continue to: Abu Obeida [the spokesperson of the Al-Qassam Brigades]." h/t @thestustustudio

🚨 2 ATTACKS. 0 HEADLINES. This morning in the Duma area: Arab rioters attacked a Jewish shepherd with clubs and stones, leaving him with a skull fracture. He was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center. Less than 3 hours later: A second attack. An Arab driver deliberately rammed a responder rushing to help. The driver was injured, but stayed behind to defend the farm. No breaking news banners. No emergency UN sessions. No statements from world leaders. Don’t expect coverage from CNN. Don’t expect outrage from Al Jazeera. Because this doesn’t fit the narrative. When Jews are attacked in Judea and Samaria, it’s ignored. When the story can be flipped, it becomes global outrage overnight. Same region. Same violence. Very different reaction. Pay attention to what isn’t being reported.

Peter Baum

In 1977, the head of the PLO's military department gave an interview to a Dutch newspaper and said something that should have changed everything. He said Palestinian identity is emphasized for political reasons only. That a separate Palestinian identity exists for tactical reasons. That there are no real differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese. His name was Zuher Mohsin. He wasn't a dissident. He wasn't breaking ranks. He was one of the architects of the movement and he said the quiet part out loud. Eight years earlier, Golda Meir had said the same thing and been destroyed for it. But that's not even the beginning of the story. The PLO was founded in 1964. Three years before Israel controlled the West Bank or Gaza. Whatever it was built to liberate, it wasn't land Israel acquired in 1967. Before Arafat, there was no Palestinian national identity. Not because the people weren't real. Because the identity hadn't been built yet. And Arafat built it the same way you build a city — founding story first, then institutions, symbols, a flag, a claim of ancient dispossession, and enough foreign funding to make it stick. The full piece is up on Substack (Link in comments). It starts with a fable. It ends with the only question that actually matters. ( Credit Melissa Steinberg Brodsky )

"He took me to the restrooms... took off my pants and had his way with me. I started to scream and then I cried," said a 9-year-old child. "He pulled down my pants and started to do filthy things to me," another said. They were raped by Hamas clerics. Please hear their voices.
Eitan Fischberger@EFischberger

This one is brutal, but a must read. The Daily Mail just published testimonies of Gazan children being raped by Hamas-affiliated clerics at local mosques — and then threatened into silence by the Qassam Brigades. A nine-year-old describes being led to mosque restrooms by a Sheikh who said he wanted to "give you something nice." "He took me to the restrooms and undressed me, took off my pants and had his way with me. I started to scream and then I cried," the poor boy said. A ten-year-old recounts a cleric pulling down his pants and doing "filthy things" to him. A third child came home bleeding and bruised from the head Imam of a mosque in Khan Younes. When one father confronted the Imam, the Imam's response was that he'll "send Al-Qassam Brigades to you and they'll shoot you. We'll just say you were an Israeli collaborator." The next night, Hamas members showed up at his home and told the father to stay silent or "we'll wipe you off the face of the earth." Another father in Deir al-Balah went to Hamas security with proof. They forced him to drop the charges, or be framed as an Israeli spy. A former Palestinian Authority security officer explains rape is used as a binding tactic. It makes the victims and their families "obedient and submissive" to Hamas. "If you open your mouth they will destroy you and your entire household," he said. This is so widespread it has a name. In Arabic slang, the perpetrators are called "mosque tennis players" — clerics who lure boys under religious pretexts. According to Gazan author Hamza Abu Howidy, who fled the territory, the pattern is well-known: abuse, silence, and gradual conscription into the Hamas movement. Add this to the Daily Mail's story last week of Hamas terrorists gang-raping widows in Gaza en masse, and you have what's clearly a sexual abuse epidemic led by Hamas. Where is the outrage? Or is Palestinian suffering only newsworthy when it can be blamed on Israel?

Long thread 1/2 Report from Tehran, written from April 18 to April 25 Tehran does not look like the city I once knew. It looks like a city under occupation. 17 days after the ceasefire, the mood is not simple hope or simple despair. It is confusion, distrust, exhaustion, and a silence full of questions no one can answer. The subway is free now, apparently. A cheap little bribe from the same terrorist Islamic Regime occupying Iran that spills our blood, breaks our economy, cuts our internet, then throws crumbs at us as if a free ticket can buy forgiveness. And of course, even the free subway is late. That is their whole empire in one image: ruin your life, offer you a discount, fail to deliver that too. The streets are not alive the way they should be. People move because they have to, not because the city calls them out. Public life has become functional, not social. Daytime is for errands, clinics, work, survival. Night belongs more and more to fear, checkpoints, and the regime’s staged little circuses. You see fewer faces buried in phones now, because what is there to check when the regime has strangled the internet for weeks? Instead, almost everyone wears headphones, as if the whole city is trying to shut reality out before it crushes them. Because the thought is unbearable: that after all this blood, after January, after the arrests, after the torture, after the gallows, this mafia might still survive. Every major intersection, every square, every main four way carries the same sickness. Men in green and black, guns and batons in hand, military vehicles behind them, walking over our streets like they conquered a foreign land. For one second, you feel like you have been dropped into a Metal Gear game. Then you remember: no, this is my city. Do you know what it feels like to be a third rate citizen in your own homeland? It has nothing to do with success, education, money, or work. Under this occupation, if you are not part of the mafia, you are disposable. Everything you have can be taken from you. Your job. Your home. Your phone. Your name. Your loved ones. Your life. So you learn to walk carefully in the city where you were born. I played in these streets. I made friends here. I rode my bike through half of this city. I know Tehran like the back of my own hand. I found love and got my heart broken in these streets. I went on dates in cafés all over this city. I worked in some of them too. I have been part of the startup system of this city. I have been to most of the bookstores. I know these people. And do you want to know the interesting part? We all feel it. Being a Tehran kid is like being a New Yorker. It is more than an address. It is a rhythm, a wound, a language, a map written under your skin. And now I have to move through it like a spy. In my own city. In my own homeland. I have two phones, because one has to stay clean for the street. If they stop me and search the wrong one, I am not the only one who pays. My loved ones pay too. That is what life becomes under a regime that treats truth like contraband. The information space is broken beyond words. Rumors move faster than facts. Verification feels almost impossible. Trust in official sources is dead, and even unofficial news arrives wounded by blackout, fear, and delay. People are not only uncertain. They are trapped inside uncertainty.
