@Andaz @Hyatt @HyattConcierge arrived at miami andaz last week to be told bigger pool closed for days but we could use lower pool which was the kiddie pool. They prioritize special events over paying hotel guests. Bathrooms and bar service a mess. AVOID

@HyattConcierge My room at Hyatt Place Las Vegas was burgled while I was sleeping due to a BROKEN DEADBOLT. Police confirmed it as FELONY Residential Burglary The Hotle Manager ignored video evidence & blamed me. Corporate emailed NO RESPONSE. Is guest safety optional at Hyatt?
