Coban or netting like a mummy. Moldable neck cushion over standard head holder, supine on bolus; aquaplast mask.

Tho if gross dz in posterior location (occiput/upper C-spine), I wonder how we can adequately bolus this area when the mask goes straight back/down to the table (read:where mask is not flush w scalp)
