Like Stig, I’ve read all the Sampson novels, including the origin story, Winter. Can’t recommend them enough, going to read them again.

If John had shouted it as I'm on a stage and wasn't told beforehand that he was there, I'd be embarrassed, go back stage, ask what happened, be told why, what and when then gone and found him, give him a hug, laughed and said "fuck all to worry about, how are you pal?". If I'd have been on the stage and known he was there and he shouted it out, I'd have said " we've got the amazing John Davidson in the house, I've seen both documentaries as a young man, will watch what I hear is and incredible film and look forward to a beer with him during the after party. Been a long day started at 8am finished at 9pm got another large donation of food from M&S at 6pm it took a long wheel based van and 2 trips with 2 cars to get it all was all the best quality including turkeys priced at £120s some was sent to homeless units and the Salvation Army and all our freezers are full, fight poverty not wars, just my thoughts I

Over 100 children with a parent in HMP Edinburgh have enjoyed xmas parties with gift-giving at Santa’s sleigh and a visit from the Elf on the Shelf! A special mention too for Keith, from Gorgie's Salvation Army band who has performed in the prison's xmas carol service since 1981!
