The XRP Ledger just flipped the switch on a “members-only” DEX 🏦🔐 XRPL has activated its Permissioned DEX amendment, allowing gated onchain trading venues where only approved participants can place and take orders. Think: compliance-first DeFi 📜⚖️ Access can be restricted to institutions that meet KYC/AML requirements. The move is aimed squarely at banks, brokers, and regulated firms that want onchain settlement, without interacting with fully open markets 🏛️💼 It also follows recent XRPL upgrades like Token Escrow and comes amid Ripple’s broader push into tokenized finance📦💰
