@Se_Railway can you please explain why you set the usage limit on your wifi at 75 mb? Especially in longer, high speed, journeys, this does not allow for customers to actually work on the trains using your wifi. Come on, make it more useful.

@CommunityFibre terrible customer service from your company today. Installation was due to happen today (I had arranged to be home especially). Appointment cancelled for no reason. No one contacted me to let me know. Have been passed all around the company. Come on not good!

@TalkTalk Yes I spoke to that team and they said I can’t upgrade my speed. @TalkTalk, you are missing out on revenue if you are not interested in your customers paying you more money.
