I edit podcasts quite often. The most important thing there is putting together an engaging teaser. I often use a technique where I stitch together phrases that aren’t connected in the actual podcast, but in the teaser they sound cohesive and super intriguing. One example I had: “I didn’t invest in marketing. Because of that, I got into a car accident, my wife left me, and they took my computer.” Completely unrelated phrases — but together they create a whole new meaning and instantly hook the viewer :) 🎙✨
