@Its__Woodie This is key - documenting processes early on is setting yourself up for success. But that alone is not enough, you need to build your company culture to be process first and ensure systems are actually followed by the expanding team (easier said than done sometimes)

Python is removing the GIL. The GIL (Global Interpreter Lock) prevents you from running multi-threaded code. That makes ML code, in particular, really hard to write in pure Python. Here's what it takes to remove the GIL:
