BREAKING: SOUNDS OF SILENCE — Senate hearing goes deadly quiet as Trump’s federal judicial nominees REFUSE to admit third term is illegal. . Donald Trump is nominating people to lifetime federal judgeships who won't confirm that he can't run for a third term when they come before the Senate for their approval hearings. Let that sink in. Senator Chris Coons of Delaware asked what should be the easiest constitutional law question in American history at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this week. He asked Trump's judicial nominees about the 22nd Amendment. The first nominee, John Marck, said that his career had been in criminal prosecution and that he hadn't had occasion to use that particular amendment. A federal judicial nominee. Unfamiliar with the 22nd Amendment. Seeking a lifetime appointment to interpret the Constitution. Another candidate eventually offered that it "deals with the two-term limitation." Correct. Gold star. Coons then asked the simple follow-up: is President Trump eligible to run for president again in 2028? Marck's response was a masterpiece of evasion: "Without considering all the facts and looking at everything, depending on what the situation is, this to me strikes as more of a hypothetical." Coons was patient. He walked Marck through it like a kindergarten teacher explaining why you can't eat paste. Has Trump been elected president twice? "President Trump has been certified the President of the United States two times." Is he eligible to run for a third term? "I would have to review the actual wording of it." A man seeking a lifetime federal judgeship needs to review the actual wording. Of the 22nd Amendment. Which is 61 words long. Coons then turned to the full panel and asked if anyone — anyone — was willing to simply state that the Constitution of the United States bars Trump from seeking a third term. A heartbreakingly long silence ensued. He asked again. Anyone willing to apply the Constitution by its plain language? More ominous silence. Nobody. Not one of Trump's judicial nominees would say out loud, under oath, in a Senate hearing, that the 22nd Amendment means what it plainly says. This isn't ignorance. These are lawyers. They know what the 22nd Amendment says. They know Trump has been talking openly about a third term. And they calculated — correctly, based on what happens to people who cross this president — that telling the constitutional truth was more dangerous than staying silent. The frightening thing is that these are the people who will be interpreting your rights for the next 30 years. Please like and share this post if you think federal judges should be willing to say the Constitution means what it says — even when the president doesn't want to hear it.

Trump is desperately trying to hide the fact that Iran’s strikes on U.S. military bases were catastrophic. He’s asking private satellite companies not to image them. THE MOST TRANSPARENT ADMINISTRATION EVER?! Yeah. Right!

Trump just said: “When I get out of office in, let’s say, eight or nine years from now…” His current term ends in 2029. Eight or nine years from now is 2033 or 2034. The 22nd Amendment limits presidents to two terms. His own judicial nominees refused to confirm that on camera this week. He’s not hiding it anymore. Never stop connecting the dots.

Terrifying revelation. Donald Trump openly demands Republicans completely destroy the Senate filibuster so they can force through their extreme agenda & guarantee they "wouldn't lose for 50 years." He is explicitly plotting to establish a permanent one-party authoritarian state!

Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney today: “Many of our former strengths, built on our close ties to the US, have become weaknesses. The US has changed.” “We’re deepening our partnerships with the EU, the Nordic countries, and Australia.” Spain called Trump a liar in 10 minutes. The Pope won’t debate him. Starmer called him noise. Now Canada is formally pivoting away. America’s closest allies are building a world without us.

BREAKING: Experts SOUND ALARM after Trump issues memo that could allow his staff to delete millions of White House emails in violation of record preservation laws. The timing alone should set off alarm bells. The Trump administration is currently being challenged in court over its preservation of government documents. And this week, it issued new internal guidance that a leading archives expert says gives White House staff "license to do the exact opposite" of preserving records. The memo, issued by White House Counsel David Alan Warrington to Executive Office of the President staffers, represents a "significant departure from historical practice" — Warrington's own words. It quietly rewrites the rules around which communications need to be saved and how. University of Maryland professor Jason R. Baron, who specializes in archives and the law, read the memo and sounded the alarm immediately. The new guidance, he told the Washington Post, provides nothing that "prevents the White House from directing the transfer or destruction of White House records, including tens of millions of emails, either before or after the end of the president's second term in office." The key sleight of hand is buried in the language. The memo says EOP components are "free to retain" previous record-preservation policies. As Baron points out, that also means they are free not to. Text messages now only need to be preserved "when they are the sole record of official decision-making" — and staffers are merely "encouraged" to memorialize those exchanges in another format rather than preserving the original exchange directly. Translation: if someone decides a text isn't the "sole record" of something, they can delete it. And nobody has to take a screenshot. Federal law is unambiguous. Presidents and their staff are required to preserve records related to government activity and turn them over to the National Archives at the end of each administration. Warrington’s memo, however, doesn't clarify whether these records will actually be turned over, and doesn't specify how Trump or Vance will personally preserve their own records. This is the administration that used Signal to discuss active military strikes in a chat that included a journalist. The administration that has fired numerous inspectors general. The administration that is fighting records requests in court while issuing internal guidance that makes destruction discretionary. "While paying lip service to the need to preserve White House records," Baron said, "the memo actually gives EOP staff license to do the exact opposite." Nixon erased 18 minutes of tape. Trump's team may be preparing to erase tens of millions of emails. Please like and share this post if you believe the American people have a right to know what their government did — even after it leaves office.

BREAKING: HELL YES! Congressman Ted Lieu announces that a future Democratic administration will PROSECUTE the Trump family members and officials who are raking in money illegally. The MAGA gravy train is headed straight off a cliff... "The American people are suffering from a cost-of-living emergency. Inflation is up. Grocery prices are up. Gas prices are up," said Lieu. "The Consumer Sentiment Index hit the lowest ever in its 74-year history. But you know who's doing really well? Trump and his family." "According to a report from Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, Trump and his family have made over $9 billion in his presidency," the congressman continued. "The corruption in this administration is out of control." Trump and his children have treated his second presidency as an opportunity to steal everything that isn't literally nailed down. They're lining their pockets through crypto pump and dump schemes and pocketing jaw-dropping sweetheart deals. Just this week, Eric Trump was seen publicly boasting about a robotics company he works for receiving a $24 million Pentagon contract. Money is flowing out of our pockets as taxpayers and straight into the bloated bank accounts of Trump's crime family. "And we saw again last week that there were suspiciously timed market trades right before Donald Trump made statements relating to the Iran war!" Lieu continued "And this is not the first time it has happened. Media reports have now analyzed this and said that these trades look awfully suspicious. And the only people who would know what Donald Trump is about to say before he says it are people close to Trump." "So I call on the SEC to do an investigation into all these suspiciously timed market trades. And if they do not, I guarantee you a future administration will prosecute these criminals," Lieu concluded. The reports of apparent insider trading inside the White House have exploded in recent months. Every time that Trump makes some dramatic geopolitical announcement on Truth Social, there appear to be sizable, suspicious bets placed in the immediate lead-up, accurately predicting his announcement. Only Trump insiders would have that information. The BBC investigated trade volume data on numerous financial markets, comparing them to some of Trump's "most significant market-moving statements." They discovered a "consistent pattern of spikes just hours, or sometimes minutes, before a social media post or media interview was made public." In other words, Trump is manipulating the markets and exploiting the vast powers of the Oval Office to enrich himself and his cronies. He has turned the White House into a Trump casino — and he's stacking the deck every hand. Mass prosecutions are the only way out of this institutional crisis. As of right now, with Donald Trump as president, we are no longer a nation of laws. Our government is being run like a mafia racketeering operation and working class Americans are the ones being squeezed. It's not enough to simply vote these criminals out of office. We have to lock them up. Anything less than convictions and imprisonments will give a green light to future Republican administrations to run this exact same playbook. Please ❤️ and share if you support prosecuting every last one of these crooks!
