@hansenjames I like Donovan Mitchell quite a bit, but I watched this debacle and was thinking the whole team could get traded. They might be able to salvage the ship if they could get Giannis to pair with Mitchell, but I don’t think Mobley gets that deal done.

I am really excited to watch Jaren Jackson Jr play for the Jazz next season. He showed many fun things in those few games. I expect Will Hardy to tap into some aspects of his game that have been dormant or less featured. Very curious to see how he, Lauri and Walker complement each other.

@Tjonesonthenba I could see Ja revitalizing his own career while improving a team like the Timberwolves. Idk about Detroit. They could use guys like Markkanen, Trey Murphy. Even somebody like Luke Kennard off the bench would help them a lot.

Anthony Edwards easily could have not played 9 days after injury. Instead, he comes back in limited minutes, scores an efficient 18 and helps his team to victory. And these are his thoughts at the end. This is what will make him one of THE very best in the game. Already is.

Real talk…what if Ausar’s scoring never gets better than 12 to 15/game but he continues to have similar or better impact otherwise? Is that not still an insanely valuable player?! Think Dennis Rodman with fewer rebounds and more assists. That would be an incredibly good outcome.

@BiasedHouston Amen is one of my favorite players in the NBA. Also, I have noticed at times he will unnecessarily dish when he could get a relatively easy bucket. The sooner he realizes he is the best option to score near the basket, the better he will be.

I think 90% of the "Ben Simmons = Amen Thompson" comparisons are lazy and entirely off base. This is one of the times where I can't save Amen from the Ben Simmons comps. I have no idea why he did this. Full film review: youtu.be/49HbNDSxB_g
