I don’t understand what Israel’s terrorism has to do with a “twelve minute war” since there would be more actors involved than just Israel? And in any case they would have to have access to Apple and Android servers in order to corrupt their operating systems, eg iOS, then push these new corrupt updates out via App Stores to every device in order for mobiles to just blow up. It’s not logistically or technically feasible.
