I'm in my 40s, and my entire life, I've witnessed East Asians, White-Americans, and Europeans dominate and maintain dominance in science and development. There are dozens of school programs for African-Americans in the U.S., trillions of dollars in aid to sub-Saharan Africa, and nothing to show for it. The complete and absolute dominance that Whites and East Asians enjoy over the rest of the world is unfathomable.
