@AndrewM46328930 Sorry for your misinformation. Georgetown south is a long process. Council approved the growth plan directed by the provincial Growth Plan. Delay is that the developers want more so it is probably going to OLT. Plus they have to pay for the water services. Now you are informed

Such a great article, every paragraph is worth quoting. I want to highlight this on on good and bad regulations, and shifting funding model that that collect fees from new homes but rise the price of all housing — a really ineffective and bad way to raise revenue.

Extremely disappointed to see my incumbent Mayor @MariannMeedWard is running outright as anti-housing and growth. Burlington is severely lacking affordable housing and is not keeping pace with a growing population. Young voters are getting priced out and its by design in #BurlON
