@AaronKempf3 @billycanada @jsnover I think Apple does a better job at keeping the apps that ship with the OS are considered a core part of your product experience. Side: have you used VS Code at all? or Just notepad++ (which i know lots of ppl swear by)

@billycanada @AndrewPlaTech @jsnover I moved to Notepad++ about 5 years ago.. when I realized it AUTOSAVES 50+ documents automatically and flawlessly. I'd PREFER to use NotePad to NotePad++ for this. And I DO think that NotePad++ should have MORE options for disabling plugins, etc. ALL_PLUGINS_OFF mode wld rock.
