This is hugely important for patients with #RLS. “Normal” ferritin does not mean your brain has enough iron. Iron infusions are the foundation for successful treatment of RLS!

@BrandonPetersMD For those not in medicine, the Medicare telehealth problems pre-date the shutdown. If the government reopened today, it wouldn't automatically restore telehealth to Medicare patients. It's just with the government shut, they can't fix the telehealth problem.

Just when you thought you were helping someone, insurance decides not to cover their medication anymore and gives 2 day's notice of the change. I really do picture insurance company board rooms looking like this, except with more goblins.

Well @AnthemBCBS has denied a patient’s access to Xywav, a drug she has been on for 7 years because we are “not documenting with a standardized scale” her sleepiness. I have seen her 20 times and documented her ESS 19 times. Why are you doing this to your subscribers? #narcolepsy
