@TravelodgeUK Spoke the hotel manager yesterday, Apparently this is a ‘known issue’ with toilet waste backflow from room to room at the willingdon drove site. Your companies acceptance to still rent out rooms with this known issue is appalling. I have reported this to the council team.

@TravelodgeUK is this the sort of rooms you supply to customers at Eastbourne? 3 disgusting rooms then I walked out Room 1) Facies in the toilet. Room 2) Hairs in the shower tray Room 3) Pubic hairs on toilet, urine on floor and hair. Appalling customer service response.

@VerisureUK Avoid this company like the plague.   charged me for the past 5 months when system was paused / not active. Called them for refund and they refused to, even after they confirmed the account was still on pause. So basically they're charging me for a paused system.

@cottagescom Appalling service. Booked a holiday over the phone last week. No T&C’s explained, then today I get an email saying you’re cancelling the holiday with no reason. When I called I spoke to a rude employee whom said I had to pay +1k more as you’d got the £ wrong.

@JemcaToyota appalling service across your Lexus and Toyota sidcup and Croydon delership. Car bodywork damage, failed to bleed brakes nearly resulting in a serious crash when brakes failed. Locking wheel nut left off car. No main customer complaint response.

@SamsungUK I’m not going to waste my time. 5 defective American fridge freezers within four years says enough. Your approved service agent reported the defect and your tech dept logged a different fault and won’t change it. I’ll never by any of your products again.
