@g__j @OctopusEnergy I reported your breach of customer information - giving me access to someone else’s phone number, address and name on the app before Christmas this still hasn’t been resolved despite numerous calls and emails! Surely this is violating GDPR RULES? @ofgem

Hey @toobbroadband how come new customers are getting a better deal than existing customers renewing? Is there no such thing as loyalty anymore? Offered a price hike to stay with you when someone can join on a lower charge….. guess you don’t want to keep customers?

@SGNgas Appreciate that Rob but I was told by your colleague this would be cleared by 28th march - this has gone past this date it is spilling out onto the road past what I assume you have agreement to use causing a danger to the public so please advise how I can make a formal complaint

So after being told that you would tidy the area up it very quickly got worse again - is this just a dumping ground that your extending past the kerb into the car park which is being ruined by big grab Lorry’s daily!
