Here's the trick with San Antonio: their actual under-the-hood profile has some pretty big flaws. They're not very well balanced. Their weaknesses are big weaknesses.
But they MATCH UP extremely well vs. OKC and Denver. I think Minnesota and Houston are much closer matchups (I'd favor Wolves).
San Antonio is both
a. more likely to beat one of the elite teams and
b. more likely to lose before they get a chance to face one of the elite teams
