Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, two lethal kinetic strikes were conducted on two vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations.
These vessels were known by our intelligence to be associated with illicit narcotics smuggling, were carrying narcotics, and were transiting along a known narco-trafficking transit route in the Eastern Pacific.
Both strikes were conducted in international waters and 3 male narco-terrorists were aboard each vessel. All 6 were killed. No U.S. forces were harmed.
Under President Trump, we are protecting the homeland and killing these cartel terrorists who wish to harm our country and its people.

This is dumb. Enough with the ridiculous stimulus checks. Want to stimulate the economy? Have the first tax bracket begin at 100k. This benefits all working people in the country. Those making under 100 thousand will not be taxed and those making over will get an instant 100k deduction. The only people who won't benefit from it are the non-producers of the country.
Anything less is silly. I'm pro-tariff, but only as a means to get us here. Keep the 2000 dollars.
Eric Daugherty@EricLDaugh
🚨 WOW! President Trump has confirmed a $2,000 DIVIDEND check to everyone except high-income people from tariff revenue “We are taking in Trillions of Dollars and will soon begin paying down our ENORMOUS DEBT, $37 Trillion. Record Investment in the USA, plants and factories going up all over the place. A dividend of at least $2000 a person (not including high income people!) will be paid to everyone”

@NickSabel2 @KobeissiLetter Politically, it works for those who aren't very interested in or knowledgeable about politics.
English

@KobeissiLetter 1. Take money from consumers via tariffs.
2. Give a part of it back and call it a gift.

@ElectionWiz Lmao, why does it feel like Republicans actually won something?
English

@lord_valpak @DeItaone But if he goes to Congress, can they do that with the reconciliation process by a simple majority of 51 votes, or will it require 60 votes like most laws?
English

With less effectiveness and a shelf life of ~6 months to a year. Congress would need to approve an extension on some of these and CIT will naturally move to strike them down and it ends up in SCOTUS in time for the midterms. As we saw with current elections the midterms are favoring the left.

TRUMP CONSIDERS BACKUP TARIFF OPTIONS
If the IEEPA tariffs fail in court, Trump’s team may rely on other laws. Section 122 of the 1974 Trade Act allows 15% tariffs for 150 days to address trade imbalances, possibly followed by targeted tariffs under Section 301, used against unfair trade practices. The Court of International Trade suggested Section 122 could provide a stronger legal basis for global tariffs. The administration could also invoke Section 338 of the 1930 Tariff Act, which permits up to 50% tariffs on countries that discriminate against U.S. trade.
