@Alistair_McF Recycler change. Not all recyclers should be equal. Tier 3 monuments should remain in their current state, but monuments like supermarket and gas station should have lower efficiency to stop zergs from building for them every wipe. Buff t3 monuments, nerf t1. Also remove techtree

Next months Rust update will focus on QOL/Balance changes, along with addressing any Jungle update feedback.

Imo, paracords should be consumed on use, just like the flare.

I was originally against this change in principle, for giving people hard choices. But on reflection, it just means you lose less - the problem is not a hard one: 1) Check the prices on the market for CMS and Paracord 2) Pick whichever is the cheapest and put it in your bag ...that's it. So on balance, I like this change 👏 It also probably helps standard people more than anyone else, so that's only a good thing imo

@blooprintgames This is actually the best idea I’ve seen. Tech tree as a whole is the reason progression is fucked. Bringing back the fight for weapons at actual monuments instead of afk paddle farming outpost or road barrels is huge. Big W for PvP and actually seeing players outside their base

Why has server-wide timers on workbench Tech Trees not been tried? Allow us to find tier 2/3 items, as well as craft all workbenches. But have the Tech Tree in them disabled until a certain amount of time into the wipe. This would actually slow down progress in a fun way.

I’m all for slowing progression, it needs to happen. But for the players who need to be slowed down the most (clans) this won’t change much. It’ll just be more of that awful scrap grind for smaller groups/solos. I don’t recommend this, it doesn’t solve the problem. (1/2)

@Willjum1 Upkeep is completely fine. Big bases should be penalised by having expensive upkeep to stop every clan just building unraidable circle bases. Also with how multi-tc wide gaps work, upkeep is already easy to reduce if half your base is actually split between 5 TCs

What are people's thoughts on current upkeep for bases in Rust? i keep find myself thinking the amount of decaying clans / bases by day 2 or 3 is insanely high. Upkeeping big bases in rust is literally a full time job, and you cant take a day off if you want to play a wipe

@FUT_Rory I have barely played fifa in the last 2 months because of how bad the gameplay was, played this weekend champs and went 12-3. Just shows how bad most players are at the game when they can’t rely on AI to defend. FIFA actually feels fun to play again
